Support Me

I am travelling on my bicycle until October 2011. Travelling for such a long time on a bicycle is not only really exhausting but it also leaves a huge hole in my wallet (unless I eat pasta every day HAHA)

Have a look at the full route!

So if you see me somewhere on the road singing, having a flat tire, or sleeping on a camp-ground on the rain, this is how you can help me:

[int_box title=”Photo? Video? Please send!” img=”images/pnv.png”]

If you were lucky enough to walk past one of my performances and took a photo or a video I would highly appreciate if you’d send me

  • A photo in a high resolution
  • A video or a link if you uploaded it somewhere
  • A link to your blog if you wrote about me

I will be performing on the street during my travels. I hope you enjoy my performance as much as I enjoy busking in a foreign city! If I made your day you can even leave something in my guitar case.

[green_button]Allowed Items:[/green_button]

Notes & Coins, Fruits, Veggies, Concert Tickets, Flowers, your number – if you like me to call you ūüėČ

[red_button]Not-so Allowed Items:[/red_button]

Keys (cause you’ll need them when you come back home), Chocolate (keeps melting), hay bales (yes, it happened before)[/int_box]

[int_box title=”Have a couch?” img=”images/home.png”]

I love sleeping under the stars. Sometimes this a bit of a lucky-game though because rain doesn’t announce itself and winter seems to come into the country as soon as I put my tent up. So if you can provide me with some warm shelter and a shower I’ll be your cook, conversation and entertainment for that day!

Also, if you have some friends that love live music and live somewhere between San Francisco and San Diego and maybe in Las Vegas, please send them a link to voicycle.com and have them contact me. Meeting new people is one of the greatest things for me! [/int_box]

[int_box title=”Let’s catch up” img=”images/cup.png”]

Have a look at the map above. If you find yourself somewhere on my route please contact me. I always love to be introduced to a city by its locals![/int_box]

[int_box title=”Get me!” img=”images/stage.png”]

Wedding, Birthday, Restaurant event? If you would like to see me perform at a function, a restaurant, bar or your house give me a call to check if I’m close to your city around a certain date. [/int_box]

[int_box title=”Pick me up!” img=”images/pickup.png”]

If you live somewhere between Las Vegas and Portland and are going up to Portland in a pick-up truck around May 1st please contact me[/int_box]

  1. Julien,

It’s Adam, from Seattle. We camped at Andrew Molera together, with Mike and Ben. I don’t know if the others have gotten in touch with you but I decided to look up your website and see how you are doing. Mike, Ben and I hung out last night and we were talking about you and wondering if you were going to make it up to Seattle or not. If you do, you should come out and have a drink with us. I am a little bummed that we didn’t get to hear much music out of you. Did you ever fix the crack in your guitar? How is the bike holding up? I hope all is well.

    • Hi Adam,

it has been great fun camping with you and the moment climbing big sur together will always be on my mind ūüôā

I decided not to fly home from NY but from Vancouver instead. This this will give me more time and safe much hassle.

So I will come up to Portland on a train around May 1st or 2nd and then riding further up to Canada. Of course I will cross Seattle on my way and will get in touch with you guys!

The crack in the guitar is still there but doesn’t do any harm. My bike is still doing well! No flat tires since Half-Moon-Bay (knock on wood!) and I’m staying at a couchsurfer’s wonderful apartment in downtown LA at the moment.

I’ll keep you posted and contact you, once I’m on my way up.

      Take care,
      Jules
